OTC on Webull?

 So I recently got a notification on my phone that I can try OTC stocks on Webull. OTC stands for Over the counter, OTC stocks are not traded on a centralized exchange but rather via brokers and dealers. I actually have a whole episode about them on the podcast. 

When I opened the notification it gave me all sorts of information on the OTC market, there are different levels of OTC markets with different requirements to be a part of. It is an interesting part of the market. Unfortunately, I can't find the posting when I try to google it.

But here is the only reference I could find to it from a Twitter post. 

This may be one of the best ways to buy OTC stocks (although should you? is another question)

Sometimes with Charles Schwab, I have been able to trade OTC stocks for free. But other times it seems there is a fee. I am not sure why that is, but the next time I want to trade and there is a fee, I will probably use Webull to trade instead.
